Straight Blast Gym of Seattle is a 5800 square foot martial arts and fitness facility in West Seattle. They have a small but efficiently-designed training space where our coaches and trainers work. Parking is not difficult to find, and they do have showers available for our clientele. Their membership model is unique, and built surrounding their martial arts training program.

The owner is a very enthusiastic member of the fitness community, as well as an accomplished professional bodybuilder. This location is clean and rarely crowded. Day use lockers and showers are available. Urban Fit Studios does offer individual memberships.
Urban Kinetics is a training studio on Capitol Hill which operates with the sole purpose of providing independent trainers with a space to bring their clients. The studio is small, but it has everything you need to get a good workout! This gym does not allow private memberships, so you can expect to only share the space with other trainers who working with their clientele. The studio is private, clean, and friendly; most importantly, they have covered parking onsite, which is very rare for Capitol Hill.
