Our staff provide onsite and in-studio personal training, strength coaching, yoga instruction, and yoga therapy! Our sessions are 60 minutes long, and we accept both individuals and groups of two.

We take great pride in our work and we also recognize that word of mouth is our most valuable form of advertisement. Current clientele that refer an individual or pair who participate regularly in our strength training programs are eligible for one complimentary session. Contact your coach for details!

We gladly provide complimentary lunchtime fitness and nutrition discussions for local businesses in the Greater Seattle Area. Our presentations typically last for about an hour.

Clients may cancel a session with at least 24 hours notice. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the session then you will be charged for that session.
Cancellations need to be initiated by contacting the instructor directly.
